Toronto Residences at The Hunt Club | 31.39m | 9s | Infinity | Onespace

Hey @Adit, @ChesterCopperpot, @marcus_a_j — any of you going to be by here in the next few days? We'd love to know if RA The Hunt Club is "done" now. Looks like they were pretty close in September. We'd love to get a set of current photos! Thanks in advance to anyone who might be going by.

I might be in the area on the weekend. I'll investigate if I make it.

Boy, that is one ... awkward, looking building.
I'm glad they are using brick in these small buildings, but the material mix and colors on this feel very odd.

I’m surprised that there is such a demand along that strip of Kingston Road. Is there something I’m missing?

It's a major arterial and that's where a lot of the mid-rise is happening, at least in the east end. No mystery to me. Suitable for people who can't afford to live closer to the core, or simply would rather not be.

Agreed though, it's awkward-looking. Like it was rushed to completion without attention to details that might have knit it together into something more coherent.

I wouldn't be surprised if older people from the neighbourhood are downsizing.
