Sad that Vicino was forced to close. Was a great little restaurant space interior to the block (eg. not on Dundas or River).

How come they had to close? I'd never step a foot in there, but it looked like a great neighbourhood destination, to use a tired real estate buzzword.

AFAIK Chartwell just terminated the lease. It was very weird because the pandemic as we now know it hadn't yet started and most everyone in the area loved the place.
