Reminds me of the stickers that got plastered on stop signs all over the place a few years ago putting "Rob Ford" under STOP. A lot of them are still up.

Not blow-your-socks-off good.............but lots there that can be appreciated.
Two negatives for me, the balcony panel choice............just ugh.
Also, I don't like the actual corner of Gerrard/Parliament.
The way the building comes together there, the corner, the overhang the somewhat flatface that doesn't really highlight the corner.
I'd prefer to see a different treatment of the corner..........
Also 'The Green Onion Market'.....should have its entrance on the corner itself, facing the intersection, not one street or the other.

Personally, I was hoping for more of a pièce de résistance for its location but this is fine and nothing more than that.

Oh good lord, please simplify. Daniels is not going to do anything like what's proposed here - that means we'll just get horrendous colour variations a la Block 27.
