Change this to pre-construction, so I did come here to shoot on my way to shoot in Niagara. What has happened here so far is they've built one road in and a very nice looking sales centre. That's about it. I wonder how far this is away, as it's a lot of product and I wonder how well its sold. Could not figure out how to attach a video which was the best way to showcase the sites, but rest assured it is not under construction.

Is the antique market still operating, or has everything been shut down pending the development?
 
They are starting with the lowrise stuff which is easiest to sell. Honestly I'd be surprised if this doesn't eventually get downsized a bit, the amount of apartment units is very high for the location.
