A power of sale transaction for the Port McNicoll Holding LP development site — acquired three years ago by Milborne Group, CIM International Group Inc. and a private Chinese investor — is scheduled to close on Aug. 17. Skyline Investments

has been sold a number of times, I think this project can be changed to cancelled as of now. does not let me comment on the other thread as there were no replies.

We lived near there and there was a lot of excitement when Skyline first unveiled its plans. I drove around there once and seem to recall a couple of completed houses. If they were sold, it must be weird living in a sea of mud. Skyline also bought SS Keewadin, had it towed home from Michigan, restored it, opened it as an attraction, then quickly lost interest (or money) and now it lives in Kingston.
