As someone who walks by this project almost everyday, it is incredibly drab. The grey pre cast makes it look dated before it’s evenly completed. I don’t know if the intent was to match the other communist block apartment building in the area, but mission accomplished

Updates Feb 9-2024. Note to Mods. People have started moving in, although I believe the old rental building in the middle of the site (block) appears empty and will probably be completely renovated. So just took photos of adjacent parkette under construction, hopefully to be useful by spring.

Holly St building is complete with tenants seen walking in and out and sidewalk complete. Only landscaping to go. Not much activity on parkette, probably waiting optimum time for sodding and planting. Dunfield building looks complete with sidewalks done but with temporary fencing in front does not appear ready for occupancy.

Way lot more up on my site

This has to be one of nicer looking playground I have seen to date for renatal/condo towers, if not the best so far.

This whole block is basically one giant blob of grey, beige (greige?).
Take a look at Broadway that is worse with it dark material that helps to darken the area more during daylight. Shot everything in the area on March 01.
