Glad to see masons on-site hand-laying the brick veneer. Obviously more expensive than the prefab panels, but a nicer result. I'll try to get a picture if I go by (obviously not out of my house as much these days!)

I have a friend who bought a unit here and is looking forward to moving in. The eastern part of the Danforth has a lot of potential, especially at the intersections aligning with the subway stations. Hope to see future growth continue in these areas.

YDS beat me to it, but here are two photos from tonight (June 9) showing:

A) the brick facade on the Danforth (north) side

B) north and west faces. Very plain on the west side as required by midrise design guidelines since another building might neighbour it someday. I hope it gets jazzed up like Canvas Condos at Danforth/Patricia finally did.

The hoarding along the Danforth is coming down now. Street level is a real disappointment, it's basically just an entire frontage of spandrel. Surprised the city allowed for that, and that that was seen as a best use of a retail frontage on the Danforth.

Helping whatever out. Here are some pics taken this evening. The glass at the west end, where there is an entrance door (to retail??) has the clear glass (with the white dots - that seems to be a thing now on new streetlevel developments). But the glass east of that does appear brown. Maybe has film on the inside??? I didn't get a pic, but the glass at the corner entrance is also clear (with the dots)
