Haven't seen anything new since April on the City's development site. Was in touch with the City Planner looking after this one about a year ago, and he said he'd add me to his email list for any new info. Haven't received any emails. The developer's sites are still static. I'd love to see this get going. Though gotta admit, I'll miss having a Beer Store so close by (I'm a few streets away from this site).Does anyone have any updates on this building?

A follow-up meeting was held with planning staff in December 2016. A few minor revisions are required, which will result in an anticipated positive staff report being made to Council in March of 2017. Preliminary plans for a sales office are underway with an expected sales office building permit application in early 2017.
