I believe they use the crane to lift up the precast brick veneers, so it could be a while still.

I agree that the window wall is quite ho-hum, but I really like the brick.

It’s great to see a condo in the Entertainment District that isn’t all glass and spandrel. Hell, even the roof looks exciting for the area.
