It is, but there doesn't seem to be any serious marketing going on, or other movement on it.

Thanks for posting the pictures with aerial views as I can see there is a line cutting from south west corner all the way to north east corner, which is matching the layout in the ground floor plan.
I am quite surprised the line is cutting in quite sharp from the south leaving a very large open space in north west corner. The building footprint becomes even smaller in a small site.
Looks like the entrance to the lobby is where the crane is currently located.... but we will find out in a month after the first floor is built

You are right, the crane is approximately where the entry to the lobby will be, but the plan you have attached is out of date. It shows the crane located where there is a pass-through from John Street though to the driveway and alley, but there will be no pass-through.
