Phase 5 & 6 going to Planning Committee at the same time since they will be rental towers.

Phase 5 is on the south side of Watergarden Drive and phase 6 on the north side.

Pinnacle is asking for increase of units and decrease in office space.

Edit: Phase 6 will have a 5 story podium on Watergarden as well between the 2 towers. The will be a 3 story podium on Hurontario in front of the 5 story. 50 story at the corner of Watergarden and Hurontario with the 38 story set back from Hurontario and north of the 50s.

Can't recall seeing a site where the tower crane of another building being left on the site for the next phase. The earliest they going to need a tower crane for this phase is about a year away. The various parts will have to be relocated to allow site grading, shoring and then excavation.

Could be, but what happen to the first one since 3 are going to be needed for this site? I am assuming this site will be next since they will be apartments and the other across the street condo.

Regardless who owns the cranes, can't recall seeing a dismantle crane been left on a site that will not be needed for at least a year, It will have to be store in another location so this area can be clear level before shoring starts..
