I assume the strike must have had some impact to occupancy, Maybe not? If occupancy was delayed by the strike, that would be good news for the glass manufacturer/installers. Ie: “Not my fault”. Just speculation.

Well, they are already at grade, so it they can pull off a floor per week shouldn't be much more then a year and half.

Yeah, I thought maybe The Hub had a chance to start somewhat in the near future, but I don't think that one is even close so it will be quite sometime.
