Does anyone know if the shoring been done on the third tower to commence after sales have been finalized?

View from my rooftop this AM. The three of these are really going to create quite an impact of moving the core southwards from this angle.

Third tower shoring and excavation has not started, but would be interested to know when it’s planned. Anyone know?

It's been discussed a fair bit earlier in the thread, but the main takeaway is that they can't start work on Phase 3 until the Yonge/Harbour intersection has been realigned. That itself won't happen until the City feels like getting to it -- as far as I can tell, it's still not in the list of planned construction projects.

From this photo from instagram, claddings from balconies are totally gone.

I hope that the future cladding will have high quality materials to make the building stand out from other bland looking towers. This building turned out to be so nice. I hope that pinnacle will not ruin everything with poor quality materials.

Please, Pinnacle... Keep its good look.

Lower Yonge Precinct Plan: I understand that the Harbour St east extension will travel between One Yonge Phases 1, 2, 3 and Phase 4, 5, and there may be plans to eventually rebuild Yonge from Queens Quay to Front… but assuming the One Yonge Phase 3 parcel is not directly impacted, why would realignment plans prevent Phase 3 from proceeding when Pinnacle’s sales targets are reached?

Would there be construction staging issues for Phase 3 (Freeland Street issues?), or is just that the City believes the new infrastructure (Harbour St. Extension) is needed to service another 80 storeys of residents?

I thought Phase 3 would at least encroach on Harbour during construction (or, if not, close a lane of it?), and that's why new Harbour had to be opened to Freeland before old Harbour was closed and Phase 3 could go ahead?

Or am I mistaken?

I have my road names messed up, I thought that that little on-ramp lane at the north side of 1-7 Yonge leading from Yonge to Lake Shore was technically Harbour, I didn't realize that that lane was actually signed as Lake Shore.

But yes, I thought it was a lane closure issue, though I can't see anything posted anywhere to support that.

It sure seems like it is possible that they could start phase 3 from looking at the surface, once they have enough space to work. All the work is within the current property line but maybe there was some underground obstructions?
4 large towers going up in the near future. Which one is next?

I’m assuming these are the last two rows of balcony glass. I guess we’ll see next week if these disappear or if they have the replacement glass and this will start to rise again.
Edit: After further review of the March 2 picture, the current glass, shown below, has two square tags so this must be the final/factory inspected/replacement glass.
