These 3 buildings that are all clumped together buy a large basement. Should be on one thread because they represent the the same huge project One Yonge. Just call it One Yonge 95+80+65 storeys.
While it's great that they are accelerating the pace on phase 1, it probably means phase 3 is far from getting going. Hopefully they'll start phase 2 soon (I get that it's not even marketed yet)
I hope they launch phase 2 in early 2019 as it was once stated. Sales will likely sag measurably in the outskirts but key downtown / midtown corridor signature properties like this and the First Gulf Mirvish site as examples will still attract sufficient attention.
