For some reason these towers give off a Las Vegas, on the outer parts of the main strip kinda vibe IMO.

I dunno, they don't seem quite kitschy enough for that to me.

What stands out for me.....other than some obvious design shortcomings..........is the context..........it's just so odd.

Among the discussions in that Solmar meeting room someday in the past:

"No one is ever gonna walk along these surrounding sidewalks anyways. Let's make sure it stays like that..."
 
I dunno, I like the 80s style precast look. And the window wall is dark enough to hide the transoms. It's not a masterpiece, but it's better than the blue, green and grey spandrel everywhere else. @Northern Light In terms of context, I suppose it'll look less out of place once Vaughan Mills across the road is redeveloped.
 
I can't say they're spandrel grey boxes, I'll least give them that... >.<
