Daily Construction News strikes again!

25 Stafford Street (25 Stafford Inc, 10s)

In a decision issued October 27, the OMB approved an appeal by 25 Stafford Inc. to to permit a 10-storey condo building at 23-29 Stafford Street, at King Street West, west of Bathurst Street. City of Toronto planning staff was in favour of the proposal.

Parc is a stylish looking development in my opinion and anything from 10-15 stories is about the right size for its location. I remember going to look at it back when I was looking for a place in the summer, a bit out of my price range unfortunately.
Better get a south or east facing unit though, anything facing west is staring directly at the not so pretty ass of the DNA (I believe) building.

Isn't this also near the slaughterhouse. I remember growing up and passing by the street car and whiffing a horrible smells....

10 June 2010:

I'll be honest--I wanted to get a photo of the new Jag to see if it looks good in real life--hmm, not certain yet. Then I realized behind it was the Parc Lofts crane. Here it is:
