For consideration by Toronto and East York Community Council on Sept 15/09:

This application proposes to redevelop the properties at 23-29 Stafford Street with a terraced 10 storey condominium containing 104 residential units and three levels of underground parking.

This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law.

25 Stafford Street (25 Stafford Inc, 10s)

In a decision issued October 27, the OMB approved an appeal by 25 Stafford Inc. to to permit a 10-storey condo building at 23-29 Stafford Street, at King Street West, west of Bathurst Street. City of Toronto planning staff was in favour of the proposal.

Parc is a stylish looking development in my opinion and anything from 10-15 stories is about the right size for its location. I remember going to look at it back when I was looking for a place in the summer, a bit out of my price range unfortunately.
Better get a south or east facing unit though, anything facing west is staring directly at the not so pretty ass of the DNA (I believe) building.

Isn't this also near the slaughterhouse. I remember growing up and passing by the street car and whiffing a horrible smells....
