Hate the podium.

I do miss the old podium. It was visually much lighter and deferred to the tower, especially with its strong supergrid design language. The newer podium design distracts and dilutes the design intent of the tower(s) above.
Lifetime has hired Turner Fleischer to realize the building. Database file updated.

It's happening more and more with Turner Fleischer. It's become their specialty. I don't think we need to worry.

Based on the materials they spec for their projects, I would suggest that we should be worried.

I'm under the impression their input is doing the modeling and drawings for the design. Panda is the least of our worries if their input includes major design changes as well. There's PJ and there's cause to speculate they will be given the reigns to One Yonge as well.
