Within said update, we find this:

the work so far is the "exhibition early works" which involves the construction of some new pedestrian tunnels and a temporary bridge over the tracks to allow the work area to be clear for the subway line.

The image above is the construction of the new north building entrance, building "B" in this image:

hmm i was under the impression all the tunnels would be closed while the temporary bridge gets built.
maybe they get closed later on? seems kinda weird

From what I understand the tunnels will remain open for additional capacity.
 
Runnels for bicycles? Runnels for walkers and motorized wheelchairs? Elevators?

This bridge is temporary so there's no chance there would be an elevator, which already exists for the existing pedestrian tunnel that isn't going anywhere.
