Agreed, it feels very 'expensive small office building European' to me. I don't know how else to put it - simply that it reminds me of the beautiful mid rise office buildings you find in more affluent European centres. More of this please Toronto.

sexyllent building- 9.5/10. taking off 0.5 for the teal glass could have been slightly less teal. other than that amazing.
