Well, big big change here. With OMB approval now, the land is changing hands, with North Drive Investments taking over, and bringing in Richard Wengle (who also designed North Drive's 4 The Kingsway), and Brian Gluckstein. We have the whole story up on the front page!

This is a very sharp design, and unique compared to what we get in this city.
