It seems a bit weird how I browse around and never see a current floor count or top height.
I wonder if Tridel or the Receiver have re-approached Apple with the corner retail. Can't see a lot of other retailers lining up for that spot.
Thanks for your informed knowable info.I heard it's going to be a Dollarama or a Subway Subs, perhaps a Tim Hortons or a nail salon.
I can tell you that purchasers have heard very little as they hold our rather significant deposits. Hopefully we will hear something in the coming months, but personally, in this market, I would gladly take my deposit back and call it a day.Lots of great pics and glad to see this finally nearing top off. Tridel is doing a great job of picking up the pieces. What happens to the presold units since the project went into receivership? Do purchasers get to back out or is long drawn out process. Is the hotel portion still going ahead? Also I wonder if Tridel or the Receiver have re-approached Apple with the corner retail. Can't see a lot of other retailers lining up for that spot.
Tridel should take ownership of this property.
They call themselves the "New Stewards" of one Bloor West.
Why don't they just build it as high as they can
, and call it "The Tridel".

So they're like foster parents, they read the manual.
Why don't they just build it as high as they can, and call it "The Tridel".
They saved the project from collapsing, and "went beyond the architecture" like the founder always envisioned?
[I was adopted as a child, so I know how it feels to be the only one.]
Here's a video of Sam Mizrahi at his celebration when The One finally gets inaugurated without him...
