The new estimate for completion is March 2025 and the new price tag is $2 billion. Lawyers are usually key players in a receivership.

March 2025 is impossible for completion, theres still half the building to go up then interior lol

I suspect the price tag also is impossible, lawyers and receivers aren't cheap.

Are all these photos a smoke screen for the problems this project is facing? Are things going just ducky at the other super talls? What's happening in the board rooms is more important than the concrete.

If you have created an account because you want to talk about exactly what is going on in Mizrahi's outfit, start a subreddit. The ONLY thing people on here really care about is the physical structure being built.
