Agreed, but at the least the spandrel and the brick are both dark and more or less match. It ain't great; but it ain't 'The Social' either.

Looks like we're getting the new streetscape now. Good! The area will really benefit when Sobeys goes on the south side of Danforth (providing it's a good proposal) all that at-grade parking is quite deadening.
The self-serve carwash, where you are taking the photo from roughly also needs to go!

Finally got around to pour the curbs and sidewalk. Will need to check the landscape plans on whether any planting beds were approved. A few possible spots but much less and smaller beds than what was completed at Canvass just to the west of here.
