Wasn't that the original design? It doesn't reflect a lot of the design changes including the city asking for brick masonry to be used, etc. etc.

Tough to tell, but it's technically not the original design. There also appears to be black brick on the south-western portion in the podium. Perhaps it's the middle version before they went with red/brown brick instead.

Level Dan Harrison and the houses and put in about 10 20 story condominiums for people who have jobs and earn a living or make it affordable housing for people who work and are productive. Send the welfare cases out to the edge of the city.

Good to see this project flipped and moving forward with a new owner. Something felt off with how long this was sitting idle with Oben.

Student housing or co-living makes more sense. I'm not sure that Oben Flats' model would have worked here... this isn't a location that attracts potential consumers of luxury rental. Hopefully this acquisition speeds things up, tired of that empty lot on the corner!
