Phase 2 and 3 will be released in the future, and Phase 4 and 5 will be Affordable Team Members housing with two 6-Storeys The architect is Cornerstone Architecture. Located on William Halton Pkwy & Hospital Gate and 2165 Dundas St E in Oakville’s Westmount neighbourhood.

Saw tons of equipment and workers on site today (I believe preparing the site for construction?). The foundation permits have been issued as well, so I think this one can be marked as under construction.
