Oakville Oak & CO Condos | ?m | 25s | Cortel Group | Zeidler

The ones in the area around Oak Park aren't too bad, that's what I referred to as the "Neo-Urbanism attempt", but it's the ones further down across from Sheridan College, near Town Hall that are ugly slabs.

EDIT: These bad boys.

Just wanted to post about a new set of condos I saw being advertised on Oakville Transit busses and at the Oakville GO station. They are called "OAK & CO" and will be located at the corner of Trafalgar and Dundas (278 Dundas Street East).

I'm looking forward to more density here, and would love to see the Dundas BRT extended to a more built-up Oakville in the future.

Here is the official site: oakandco.ca

Cortel Group's Oak & Co Condo project initiates major change in Oakville's Uptown Core
181097

TORONTO, April 12, 2019 /CNW/ - Cortel Group, one of Ontario's finest builders, recently announced that the much-anticipated final phase in the Oak & Co. luxury condominium project, Towers 3 and 4, are set to officially launch April 27th, 2019. Working alongside world renowned architects Zeidler and acclaimed interior designers Tomas Pearce, this four-building community is set to transform North Oakville into a true urban destination. Situated right in between Morrison Creek Natural Heritage Park and the Uptown Core community, Oak & Co. is a wonderful synthesis of the natural and urban setting that defines all of Oakville as a whole. Most units overlook the leafy landscape by means of generous balconies and large glazed openings.

Oakville is one of Canada's most sought-after places to call home. Located at Trafalgar and Dundas East in the Uptown Core, Oak & Co. will be pivotal in shaping the area's visual landscape while providing countless amenities and creating its own identity. Towers 1 & 2 are already under construction and Towers 3 & 4 are set to hit the market starting from the $300s.

Oak & Co offers the true urban mandate of accessibility so that residents can 'get anywhere they want, when they want'. Steps from the Uptown Core bus terminal, Oak & Co has earned a high walkability score and new home owners are down the street from Oakville Place Mall, Sheridan College and the Oakville Go Station. Proximity to Highways 407 and Highway 403 and only 30 minutes from downtown Toronto, this community has all points of transit covered.

Cortel Group is synonymous with trust and quality and Oak & Co is another development of their ongoing commitment to delivering a quality project on time. As Peter Cortellucci, VP at Cortel Group, has made clear in the past, "Cortel Group is committed to securing communities which lead urban growth without compromise". Oak & Co continues this tradition by bringing together a first-class living experience and unlimited amenities which complement the entire community at large.
