It appears that this is under new ownership again, and to be launched as a condo after all.



Seems to be the same design.
 
There are new renderings updated in the database. There is also information updated in the database. The developer changed from Gattaca homes to Vermillion Developments. The architects changed from Z square group to CMV Group Architects. The building height increased from 15.55m to 16.64m. The total unit count increased from 27 to 30 units. Finally, the total parking space count increased from 19 to 26 parking spaces.

Maybe it's the saturation on the rendering quality, but the green tinting on the windows is a pretty bad look. Might be close to needing an antacid soon.
