Mississauga North Shore Condos | ?m | 22s | FRAM + Slokker | Giannone Petricone

Isn't the round part supposed to look kinda like a ship, given the nautical theme?

This is one my favourite new condos going up in Mississauga because of the design and how fits in with the surrounding area.

A surprising number of special little details on this one up-close, like patterns in the brick or stone elements. Colour me impressed!

I really think North Shore is a stunning addition to Port Credit and would love to see more development in Port Credit.

This building looks very classy. Its in a convenient location as well, close commute to Toronto via GO and close to MCC. Has it been incorporated yet? Wondering what the prices are like.

Nice that Port Credit got such a modern tower, better than the vast majority of the towers in MCC, sadly. No precastl, which is great. Even Absolute has precast. I'm so sick of precast.

I'm new to the condo world, what is 'precast'?
