Careful with that question. As noted above, it can result in varying conclusions based on different interpretive lenses. Broadly stated, there is activity on the site that appears to suggest evidence of activity related to preparing the site and erecting a building.

As i walked by today on the oct.11/18 the buildings in question are all boarded up ready for take down..

I live across the street - I'll grab some photos soon.
As far as I can tell they've been doing interior demolition for a month or two now. Soon we'll see some shoring and facade retention systems go up, but given the pace of a similar process going on for 19 Duncan I'd say that's still a ways off.

Shoring rig is on the western side of the site in the parking lot, but it hasn't starting working yet. Interior and exterior demolition looks to be continuing.
Have some street closure signs up for Mercer from late Oct to mid Nov so I'd wager they'll do the shoring along the north side of the site during that closure.
