The building right next to it is more dated than ugly, in my opinion. In fact, in terms of symmetry, colour palette, etc., I'd say it's even quite attractive.
 
I pass by this almost everyday on the way to work. There's a few critiques on the detailing, but overall a very solid building that contributes to the built form and sets a positive standard for future developments in the area.
 
I heard the space is leased out. Any details on who the retailer will be? The 'For Lease' sign was recently removed.
