there's one rendering of Museum FLTS in the screen cap above. It's supposed to go on sale this month...

Not surprising, I suppose. Innovations in fabrication technology.

Yup, that cladding is great.
(though it seems like there's a lot more Lululemon in that renderworld than one would expect in an neighbourhood anchored by art studios and MOCCA)

I think you have a small error in the story. MOCA is taking an additional two floors (story says three, now five).

!!!!

is that also aA, @ProjectEnd?
Close, it's SvN (which has its roots, years ago, in aA):

Is that office? looks great!
Partially. From the above link:
Within its 8 storeys, the building will house a mixture of industrial and commercial uses, including the manufacturing operations of Indie Ale House, a long standing Junction neighbourhood brewery. The ground and second floors will feature production spaces, a large tap room and restaurant, a barrel room and private dining space. A dynamic cantilevered dining space hovers over the sidewalk below. The upper floors of the building include event spaces and commercial office floors, complemented by generous outdoor terraces. A large outdoor patio flanks the open space to the north, blending the brewery tap room with a new park.
