19 April 2012: Finally a bit of site action--sales centre is being cleared out. Took forever to start, eh?

Queen West Self Storage has an application in to the city to use their parking lot as a pay lot (one of the few lots left in the area.) Eventually, will be a condo/loft building on site.

Hoarding is up and they will start demolition of the old warehouse this week

The developer is steadfastly claiming possession in mid-September of this year. Seems extraordinarily optimistic to me.
