The holdouts are predictably looking mighty silly right now.

Thank god for the holdouts. Entire block developments are not ideal no matter how well they are done and this forces more creativity on the part of the developers. I look forward to a healthy mix!

Taken yesterday and today. They are assembling a crane and there has been a significant increase in activity on the site this week, looks like shoring might begin shortly.

From this morning. Shoring rig has been up for a few days and material/equipment delivery continues today with the piles of I-beams being unloaded.
