This all seems to be an exercise on how one can make grey spamdrel look all "curvy" like. Yet, it somehow doesn't seem to take away from the fact it's still very much grey spamdrel. /sigh

It's Minto's best high-rise project and their piece de resistance. Unfortunately, every successive Minto high-rise development after this will probably be much worse since it wont be located in such a prestigious area.
