Hmm. I'm wondering if we're going to get a platform here similar to what has been built at Cresford's Vox Condos site. Those tubes suggest to me that columns could be built deep into the ground here. On this rather tight site, they might be needing a place to drive cement mixers in, for example, to offload their deliveries while work goes on all around them, including below.

Yeah, I suspect you're right—not sure if it's been discussed on this forum, but there were lengthy and specific discussions with the community (especially w/ 80 Cumberland and Minto rental folks) about rights of way/easements with regard to loading and construction equipment (it's a tight site and there aren't many options). That seemed pretty much par for the course, although a couple weeks ago, they'd started constructing a significant ramp that looks substantial enough for very large equipment to use on the northeast corner of the site. I'll try to walk over and grab some pics of that today—I'm wondering if that's exactly as you've surmised with respect to the mixers.
