A 58 unit rental apartment building along the main street in Hespler. There have been a few apartment developments in this area over the past few years, the region should really consider a station here for the Cambridge-Guelph connector, it would be really a waste to not have a connection, espeically since the goal should be to connect all three pre-amalgamation centres along that corridor.
The architecture firm attached seems to really only be good at designing depressing prayer spaces, really a niche fit for the American market. This is Vancouver on top, a cottage fireplace on the bottom.
The shell is finished. The repurposed mill building on the left is really nice.
Gaze with awe and wonder at that circa 2006 stone used to evoke 'old times'! Like Medieval Times, the venue, not the time period.
Just not a great flagstone choice, I blame the 'architect' here. Ground here is also somewhat out of scale.
The rear.
Some really well done tags on the wall at the back.
