an artisanal coffee shop would be good for the retail portion in the base and would help take the load off Dineen nearby. As a resident in the area, i'd rather that over the Parasuco shown in the renders a while ago IIRC (which of course was a placeholder)

And I'd love to see 205 Yonge St incorporated somehow into Massey Hall.

From just now: crown lighting on the north side seems to be complete, with the leftmost panel now lit, but I’m still bothered that the top of the crown is dark and therefore not ‘aligned’ with the other sides

Notwithstanding its (relatively minor) imperfections, the Massey Tower is a decently executed building. The curvatures are very sleek, and the historical restoration has been done in good taste. I'm particularly fond of the crown and lighting. A complete antidote to the muddled mess that is YC Condos.
