They are starting to install the second row of crown cladding -probably around 2 or 3 pieces per hour. Hopefully, these panels also have the LED lighting integrated in.

The 'for sale' sign is for second floor retail...

The clean copper framing up top looks terrific, not to mention the angled lighting highlighting the notch.

A couple evenings ago there was a party inside the lobby of the Massey Tower. Not everything's done yet, but it's looking pretty good.

A number of photographs by Gary Switzer, CEO of Mod Developments, were displayed around the room.
