I can see what you're talking about in the photo from the previous page. Are they working on moving the expressway to the north etc to connect with the Don Valley Expressway ?

Actually I don't think that equipment in the field has anything to do with the Gardiner construction. Though, I could be wrong.

I believe it's being used as the staging yard to rebuild the deck of the Gardiner between Jarvis and Cherry. Not sure what else it could be.
