I would estimate closer to the end of 2024—or early 2025 if they continue at the current pace. Hopefully, interest rates have started to go down by then.

Quick question.

What should I be expecting for the rest of this year? Is late 2024 still the realistic move in date?

Early to mid 2025 may be more realistic IMO

Thanks! I find it looks a bit different from the rendering. The SW corner seems to be cutoff. Not sure if it's just an angle issue or a change of plan..

Hard to say whether it's due to the angle of the pics or if they've deviated from the original plans. From the latest version of architectural plans posted on the city's application website in Nov 2022, it shows a floorplate layout that corresponds with the renderings. May become more definite when further construction progress is done.
