Hagersville Sites 1 & 2 - A proposed 2 x 6-Storey and 5-Storey residential building and 2-Storey townhouse, site 1 will contain 58 apartment and 6 townhouse units, site 2 will contain 203 apartments units for both buildings, and the total units for sites 1 & 2 is 267 units. 287 car parking spaces and 68 bicycle parking spaces. There will be a commercial space, outdoor amenity and children’s playground space.
