The next 5 years will see a real big different starting with these 2 follow by 4 others, if not more

Not sure how you can tell. As the renderings are as complicated in comparison of what is going up here.
...that said, one of the renderings do depict white railings for this.

Yup I cant get over this honestly. Anything would've been better but personally I would've liked to see them go dark blue or black. Would've looked the nicest here imo.
Straight up white like in the renders would've probably worked too

It must’ve been a cost and/or availability issue because I don’t think many observers would pick this colour over any of the shades you mentioned. Of course, colour blindness is real and could be involved here.
