Local at Fort York (which everyone thinks is Fortune at Fort York because of the sign seen in a few of the photos above) can be seen at the back of these two images shot from the east, below the Gardiner.

In the images below and above, at left is The Yards at Fort York and at right is Garrison at the Yards, earlier Onni phases in the neighbourhood.

Ads for this building says Occupancy is November 2015, but doesnt look like it will be completed by that time. Any estimated completion date? How many times have they been delayed?

No it won't be completed by November 2015. They haven't communicated the delayed date yet but have given estimates that it will be ready for Spring/Summer 2016. I think this is the only delay so far...

Has anyone heard any differently?

I spoke with the Sales Team yesterday on the phone and they said Spring/Summer 2016. They have to provide an official update via registered mail by Aug 19th with a new estimated date.
I also think the project has already been delayed. Not sure how many times but I read on one page that it was previously expected to be completed Summer 2014... :| (Could've been an error? - obviously not updated in a long time: http://www.sunnybatra.com/local-con...dos-by-onni-local-condo-by-toronto-waterfront.)

oh wow yes you're right, looks like it's already been delayed. Saw that date on a couple other websites as well

Thanks bouderei for posting a pic. Not sure how fast condo constructions get completed.... but with their pace now, does anyone think it can get completed by Spring of next year? I just bought a unit 2 weeks ago.
