No wonder this project is so bland--just noticed Wallman isn't the architect. What a shame.

This thing is kind of ugly, IMO. I wish they had stuck to Wallman, or chosen another interesting architect for this site.

Does anyone have any details on what's going to be built just south of Local, on Block 4A (number of buildings, height, etc.)? All I see is a "future phase" without much more info.

I don't believe that there is anything proposed by Onni at the moment. Since Local is now under construction we may hear about what their plans are sometime later this year. I'd imagine it would be similar in height to York Harbour Club to the west; maybe 15 to 17 storeys.

That is the last development block in the Fort York neighbourhood. It's hard to believe how quickly this area has changed from industrial to residential.

Missed this before but this is the first time I noticed GFL Environmental Corp performing Site Excavation.

the crane is going up.

if you look close you can see a man walking around on the
crane. it looks crazy. the metal he is walking on is only
a few inches big.

you can see 2 men walking around up there.
anyone reading this crazy enough to try this?
