I've gotta say, that white brick vaneer is quite refreshing and gives a subtle positive throwback to the 70's and 80's apartment buildings! I dig it

Was just thinking the exact same thing. Wow that’s some horrific planning. What was the point making it look like huge brick done in brick just the have a line through it. I mean.... is it just me or ???

I'm quite fine with how this is going. Don't mind the spandrel too much as it's kept relatively proportionate and blends in with the white brick.
