In what kind of way? At best it will blend in with the rest of the sea of bland/unimaginative buildings in Liberty Village. At worse...well I dont think it can get any worse than the trash condos already put built up in the neighbourhood.

Be like a feature of a recognized part of Liberty Village everyone knows. I guess not.

Sort of par for the course these days. I wouldn't be surprised if the next generation think that brick veneer is too extravagant and opt for glue on wall paper with a 'brick image' embossed onto it. We already have 'wood' flooring that's like that: it's cheap whatever with a picture of wood glued on to the surface.
