Minor variance has some changes. The total unit count changed from 226 units to 251 units. The total car parking changed from 230 car parking to 246 car parking. The total bike parking increased from 175 bike parking to 197 bike parking. Height changed from 39.18m to 41.78m.

Curious what's the deal here. Their website has been hosted since 2021 but they haven't appeared to progressed after. The developer has this and their Perch Condos project firmly in a state of ambiguity for a couple years now.
