Sorry to bump this, but I just saw an ad for Aquanova here in Lakeview Village, and while perusing that thread, someone mentioned that the waterway common area of this project has been nixed.

The city has posted the design and environmental report on the new lakeside park and waterfront trail extension through Lakeview Village.

Some throwback shots to when the powerhouse of the Lakeview Generating Station was being torn down. This was the preparation prior to using demolition charges to level the main structure. The four smokestacks (4-sisters) were demolished using explosives a year prior (2006).
