Yes! Let's hope it is finished before 2019. My fingers are crossed the missing balconies get added this month. Picture taken today. Just 5ish years since occupancy?

The balconies are not replaced yet but they are getting real close. 24 more days left in 2018.
100% clean building lines! That’s a first!

I wonder how it will look if those two 40 storey black glass slivers are built at the Dominion building?

A well placed egg from height could actually kill someone. If this is L-Tower residents bemoaning their purchase, there may be a better way.

Toronto-TMC: Parking an articulating boom on the N side of Esplanade to replace cracked windows in the building at 8 the Esplanade. It will only be within the 1 parking lane on the N side. It will only require a couple days but because of the weather we've allowed May 28 to May 31, 2019. work will be done between 9 am and 4 pm only.

Super exciting to see some movement here. I wonder when they will finish installing the balcony glass? quite a few panels still missing from the east face.

They started working on the balcony panels where the crane supports were located. I forgot the exact year they were removed. I guess they had a lot of BMU work to complete first.
